Purpose Statement
The Food Production Team Leader is responsible for clarifying and enhancing the Supervisor's ability to conduct their daily activities in order to accomplish company objectives. Must also provide the customer with the best product, value, and service as possible. The Food Production Team Leader is responsible for providing a safe and clean work environment that promotes quality, productivity, and healthy employee relations.
Must be able to work 1st shift, Mon-Fri starting at 6am CT.
Key Accountabilities and Outcomes

Supervise the daily production schedule execution, while ensuring that it is manufactured in compliance with the specifications set forth by the customer and Rich's. Maintain or exceed manufacturing standards, yields and efficiencies

Promote Continuous Improvement processes throughout the facility

Promote Quality of Work Life for all employees

Ensure that all required documentation for production records is completed according to Rich's policies

Train line leads and line employees on rules and regulations, safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and job expectations.

Resolves any employee issues through the grievance process. Recommend recognitions, promotions, or disciplinary actions based on employee performance.

Attend and complete any company sponsored training
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
-
High School graduate or GED required, college degree (Preferred)
-
3 years of manufacturing experience (Minimum)
-
2 years of supervisory experience (Minimum)

Knowledge of SAP or similar systems is (Preferred)

Strong math skills
-
Speak, read, and write English (Spanish is a Plus)

Basic computer skills

Effective Communication Skills (Will direct English, Spanish, and Asian speaking employees)

Ability to operate machinery and equipment

COMPENSATION
In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

$64,313.30 - $87,012.11
