Hand & Stone Massage & Facial Spa is growing fast — and we’re looking for a high‑energy, results‑driven Sales Manager who can lead a team, elevate guest experience, and drive strong KPI growth. If you thrive in a hospitality‑focused environment and love coaching teams to hit ambitious sales goals, this role is the perfect fit.

We are seeking a motivated Sales Manager / General Manager to guide our spa team, increase membership sales, and ensure every guest receives an exceptional experience. You will lead and inspire the front desk sales team, drive membership conversions, and consistently achieve spa performance goals. This role also oversees scheduling for front desk staff, massage therapists, and estheticians to ensure smooth daily operations.

You will help create a positive, team‑oriented culture built on communication, accountability, and support. Through strong leadership and coaching, you will empower staff to deliver outstanding customer service and meet key sales metrics. This position plays a central role in maintaining operational excellence, supporting staff development, and ensuring a welcoming, professional environment for all guests.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
