Costa Navarino is in Messinia in the southwest Peloponnese, in one of the most unspoiled and breathtaking landscapes in the Mediterranean. It is currently home to four 5-star deluxe hotels, The Romanos, a Luxury Collection Resort and The Westin Resort at Navarino Dunes, W-Costa Navarino at Navarino Waterfront and Mandarin Oriental at Navarino Bay.

In the coming years, more upscale branded hotels will be added to our portfolio, both in Messinia and Athens, including the re-launch of the former Athens Hilton.

Our Villas & VIP team stands ready to be of service seven days a week, 24 hours a day, ready to create guests’ unforgettable memories.

Being part of our Villas & VIP team, you will:

• Ensure maximum guest experience for the Villa guests
• Manage cultural needs and expectations of guests
• Be punctual in attendance on each shift
• Maintain positive teamwork at all times
• Master product knowledge and be able to communicate it in an enthusiastic way to hotel guests
• Perform tasks allocated to you by the supervisors and ensure all duties are carried out thoroughly and on time

Requirements

• Be a person with enviable customer service skills
• Have 2 years’ experience in the Food and Beverage industry - Service experience at a 5* hotel preferred
• Be a great communicator who allures guests from all over the world.
• Be an inspiring team player
• Set the example with your proper communication etiquette (both written and spoken) towards internal and external guests
• Speak, write and converse freely in both Greek and English. Knowledge of German and/or Russian language is an advantage
• Have good computer skills
