Type of Role: FULL-TIME
 
 Duties include but not limited to:
 
Duties:

  • Strengthens the advancement of key requestor and client relationships
  • Responsible for gathering and documenting all bulk requests received in multi-channel platforms.
  • Performs inventory analysis to drive operations. 
  • Generates and distributes reports to both internal teams and external clients and requestors. 
  • Updates on chase statuses for inventory, aiming for near real-time communication. 
  • Weekly communication regarding unresolved inventory, specifically items lacking complete information. 
  • Monitors and reports on the turnaround time (TAT) for all communications. 
  • Communicates messages clearly, promptly and concisely to clients and requestors
  • Raises issues and promotes priorities in workloads 
  • Reports to the Audit Account Manager

 

 

 

Requirements:

  • Computer literacy and familiarity with various computer programs such as MS Office (formal computer training may be advantageous in progressing in this career)
  • Management and Leadership skills
  • Knowledge of grammar and punctuation
  • Ability to work to time constraints.
  • Focused on audit team character pillars: prepared, honest, teacher/learner
  • Typing- Data Entry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 

Measurables:

  • Focuses on a 24 HR TAT response time to incoming requests and statuses
  • Build relationships with assigned requestors to achieve satisfactory service
  • Supports CSA to achieve satisfactory client scores
  • Reduces inbound inquiries by providing outbound proactive communications.
