Responsibilities

•Oversee projects across the Treasury and Capital Markets Function, tracking overall project status, deliverables, and risks •Develop project cadences to ensure on-time delivery of projects and efficient engagement of key partners •Update whole loan buyer pitch books and support data transfers to facilitate new whole loan buyer relationships •Serve as point contact for existing whole loan buyers and resolve issues and questions as they arise •Support whole loan buyer onboarding, ensuring NDAs in place and track contract amendments, as needed ·

Qualifications

·Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years experience in a project management, finance or administrative role with one or more financial services organizations ·Fluency with Powerpoint, Excel and Word ·Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly dynamic business environment  ·Excellent problem solving and communication skills ·Results-oriented team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $61,200 - $91,800
