Responsibilities

• Be a positive representation of SPENGA
• Retain and increase client participation
• Submit accurate and timely reports
• Plan and promote entertaining and productive events through community outreach and business partnerships

Requirements:

• The best attitude in your friend group 
• A love for the fit-ish lifestyle (experience in the fitness industry or health/wellness is a plus).
• Highly motivated and hungry for commissions
• Time Management 
• Membership sales to clients/prospects
• Flexibility in the hours is required- Some days we require morning shift coverage and some days afternoon/ evening shift coverage is required

• Member outreach to ensure engagement and retention
• Lead nurture via call and text to schedule in studio appointments for prospects
• Conduct prospect onboarding, provide orientation, and address prospect questions
• Plan and participate in lead generation activities
• Participate in studio events and other promotions
• Maintain the cleanliness of the studio
• Other tasks as assigned by management
• Flexibilty in hours required- May require few morning hours and few afternoon/evening hours during the week
