The Role:
As a Sr. Salesforce Developer, you will be part of the Business Operations team located in Sweden and the US. Together the Business Operations team supports Yubico's critical business system, integrations and enables employees to conduct their work faster and more efficiently, ensuring scalability as Yubico grows.
You get to work in a strong Salesforce environment where SFDC Unlimited license is applied to both sales and service cloud supporting all departments of the company. Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components, and Flows to extend Salesforce and support our business requirements.
• Application development, including basic Lightning pages, and Lightning Web Components, Assist with each release cycle to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code.
• Maintaining current connected apps and setting up new as needed. 
• Working with integrated applications and systems.
• Testing (unit and systems) and debugging.
• Striving towards coding best practices and metadata quality
• Limiting the use of Apex (declarative should be used foremost) and promote combining invocable flows and Apex.
• Reducing tech debt/apex specific tech debt and converting apex to declarative solutions when possible. 
• Owning technical documentation for all development.
• Supporting the Salesforce Administrators.
• Be the channel for the US employees to communicate to the Swedish office - primarily to the Product Owner.

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, a professional qualification, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer.
• Experience implementing and developing in Apex, Visualforce, Javascript. and Flows.
• Developing solutions with best practice and scaleability
• Experience creating technical documentation.
• Experience with version control (like Git) and modern deployment practices.

Optional Skills and Experience:

• Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified Javascript Developer, etc.)
• Competency in HTML, XML, Flex, ASP, SQL, Java or C++, REST and SOAP-based web services
• Famili
