Job Responsibilities
- Import and interpret source data
- Scrub, clean and validate data
- Prepare input files for 3rd party data processing
- Analyze the data results and making changes if needed, before presenting the data to project managers and internal consultants
- Perform ad hoc T-SQL programming and analysis
- Build ETL processes for client projects
- Develop custom reports using modern reporting tools
- Review of peers work product to validate quality results
- Responsible for 3-4 projects at a time, spending roughly 60% of day working within SQL/T-SQL and 40% of the day on other information technology related tasks
Minimum requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required (Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Data Analytics, Math, or related degree is preferred)
- Basic proficiency in Transact SQL, Python and R or PowerBI
- Able to interpret, scrub, process, and explain data
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

Location: The person hired for this role will work in a dynamic, hybrid environment, with 3 days per week of on-site work required in our Brookfield, WI office on a weekly basis.
