About the role
Purpose of Position
This role will be responsible for controlling the process of improving the user experience and aligning design objectives to represent the brand. Oversees projects from original concept through final implementation. Facilitates iteration/sprint and release planning, epic, feature and story card sizing, maintain velocity and burn-up/burn down progress reporting according to NetJets agile practices.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Manage and collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, solutions managers, PMO, and brand/marketing teams to deliver exceptional results ensuring the creative product meets strategic goals, brand expectations, and user needs.
- Strong UI skills with deep understanding of UX - Orchestrate and drive the successful planning and timely completion of each task to achieve success, including the identification and mitigation of risks and issues which may impact the project.
- Manages weekly team meeting schedule and regular agile ceremonies; including refinement, standups, sprint planning, team retrospectives, etc.
- Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with all project stakeholders, including project sponsors/executives, subject matter experts, project team members and external suppliers in a timely and consistent manner.

- 4+ years of experience managing medium to large-scale implementation projects using an agile methodology.
- Experience running Kanban, Lean, SAFe and/or Scrum@Scale
- Working familiarity with Figma (for viewing/commenting), Miro, and Jira
- Experience identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Prior experience managing teams, tasks, project budgets, and prioritization of activities.
- Collaboratively ideate on new project concepts.
- Proactively identifying and removing impediments that interfere with the ability of the team to deliver the sprint commitments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience delivering successful projects.
