Lead the Charge in Wichita's Roofing Market!

The Air Capital needs a roofing leader who can soar! We're expanding our operations in Wichita and need a Market Leader who can build, train, and inspire a top-tier roofing team.

We're Seeking:

• Proven leadership experience in residential roofing or related field
• Knowledge of Kansas weather patterns and appropriate roofing systems
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong communication abilities and customer-focused approach
• Physical ability to work on rooftops and in various weather conditions

Total Compensation:

• Modest base salary with 60% commission and a lucrative override compensation structure
• Partial health insurance premium coverage

• Execute growth strategies in Wichita and surrounding Kansas communities
• Provide ongoing training and mentorship to team members
• Maintain highest standards of workmanship and customer service
• Navigate local regulations and building requirements
