Requirements/Preferred Experience:

• SRSMG is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Dermatology Division
• To be considered for the position, the candidate must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working full-time as an NP/PA in an outpatient dermatology setting
• Must be comfortable working independently

Position Details 

• Part-Time 0.5FTE (job-share) salaried position at the SRS Santee clinic
• Dermatology services offered at 7 SRS clinic locations
• 100% outpatient – no after-hours / no call / no inpatient work
• Provide additional patient access with new patient, follow up, and same day visits
• Minor procedures including biopsies, intralesional injections, steroid injections, excisions, ED&Cs, and cryotherapy

Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group is committed to pay equity and transparency. Compensation is determined by a structured pay scale based on years of experience and applicable certifications, with final placement within the range confirmed during the recruitment process. The annual base salary range is $154,500.00-$216,537.30, with eligibility for bonuses, incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package. This position is represented by UNAC/UHCP under applicable labor agreements.
