Responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects and initiatives and ensure high quality of deliverables
• Work closely with a team of engineers to develop and maintain the Access Policy Engine
• Drive the future of architecture of the Identity and Access Management platform (IAM)
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders for requirements, architecture, and overall design
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and adopt best practices
• Take ownership of projects and initiatives and ensure high quality of deliverables

Requirements
• Must have 6+  years of experience building enterprise software and strong engineering background
• Fluent in Go/Python/C++ software development
• Must have a strong interest in compilers and deep understanding of algorithms and efficient data structures
• Must have understanding of identity management and authentication protocols such as Oauth 2.0, OIDC and SAML 2.0
• Must have strong architectural and design experience building software application across many system layers
• Must have passion for improving performance, user experience and scalability
• Must have solid coding and debugging skills
• Must communicate, collaborate and work effectively in a team environment
• Plus for having experience working with distributed applications
