What You’ll Do:
Lead full-cycle recruiting for critical engineering, procurement, and field roles that keep our projects on track and on budget. Partner closely with hiring managers to craft winning sourcing strategies and deliver an exceptional candidate experience that matches our mission-driven culture.

You’ll Own:

• Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top energy pros
• Developing strategic pipelines for EPC and energy talent
• Crafting compelling job descriptions and market insights
• Using data-driven recruitment to boost quality and speed
• Championing QISG’s employer brand and recruitment excellence

What You Bring:

• 5+ years recruiting in EPC, engineering, or energy sectors
• Deep understanding of energy infrastructure and workforce needs
• ATS savvy and skilled with recruitment analytics
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (HR/business preferred)
• Bonus: HR certifications (PHR, SHRM, etc.) and power sector insight
