Job Description:

Essential Job Functions

• Supports the inventory of network hardware
• Maintains LAN, WLAN, or Voice inventory in accordance with specified requirements.
• Performs Network IMACD work for customer, based on ticket requests.
• Provides consultation, support and guidance to clients on IMACD issues/questions.
• Participates in network team efforts to ensure DXC meets client needs.

Basic Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Warehouse operations and associated activities
• 1-3 years of experience with networks IMACD activities (Hands-On)
• Cisco Systems familiarity
• Knowledge of industrial networking an asset
• ServiceNow experience preferred
• - Task management
• - Change management
• - Problem management
• Experience working with financial billing systems
• Experience working with network hardware
• Previous warehouse experience

Other Qualifications

• Skilled in time, priority, and task management
• Interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
• Good communication skills to interact with team members and support personnel
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good organizational skills related to management of warehouse assets

Work Environment

• Office environment

• Ability to operate a forklift

• 1st shift
