Digital Business Analyst

WM Corporate Services Inc. seeks a Digital Business Analyst who will act as a liaison between the Technology and the business to design and enhance the employee and customer experience, and conduct advanced level business process analysis, needs assessments and preliminary cost/benefit analysis in an effort to align Technology solutions with business initiatives. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, or a related field and five (5) years of relevant work experience as a Business Analyst and five (5) years of experience in Salesforce, Agile Methodology, Jira, system design and analysis, business analyst methodologies, QA (Quality Assurance) testing, and training and communication skills.
