We are hiring for full time Lead teachers to join our amazing team!

• Lead Teacher Hourly wage is based on education and experience
• Assistant teacher hourly wage is $15-$16/hr based on education and experience

Teacher Responsibilities:

• Prepare or support in preparation of lessons and activities using our rich, easy-to-use curriculum provided for you with opportunities to add your own creative ideas as desired.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment to ensure responsive care is provided to each child
• Desire to build positive relationships with children and families and be able to provide communication to parents through conversations, messaging and taking pictures to share the child's day and growth.
• A passion for educating young minds in a preschool setting.
• Desire to work as part of a teaching team.

Teacher minimum qualifications:

• HS Diploma/GED required
• Experience teaching in a licensed preschool setting
• At least 18 years of age
• Must be able to fluently read, write, and speak both Spanish and English

Preferred qualifications:

• a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education or related field, OR
• a CDA (Child Development Associate Certification); AND
• 5-10 years teaching experience in a licensed childcare setting, OR
• 2-3 years’ experience in Montessori school setting
