Marketing Strategy Senior Associate

As the Chase Ink Small Business Marketing Strategy Associate you will focus on creative development and execution of campaigns targeting existing customers. Customer communications will be delivered primarily through owned media channels, such as email and Chase.com. This position sits within the Chase Branded Cards organization of Card Services, a key business within Chase’s Consumer & Community Banking group.

Job responsibilities

• Design and execute marketing campaigns targeting existing customers. 
• Customer communications that will be delivered primarily through owned media channels, such as email and Chase.com. 
• Primary focus to include execution on core campaigns, such as employee card adoption, spend engagement, and new customer onboarding.
• Partner with internal and external agencies on creative development and work directly with marketing execution teams to facilitate execution of marketing campaigns, including targeting, personalization and performance.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Background/experience in marketing required
• Strong project management skills including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities
• 3-5+ years of work experience

• Be customer-obsessed and committed to designing strategies and creative that place the customer first
• Identify customer/business insights and use those insights to drive change for the small business segment
• Influence large teams of cross-functional internal and external stakeholders 
• Possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Demonstrate a passion for the small business owner customer segment
