Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather insights and understand current order management processes.
Analyze data from various applications, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SAP S/4 HANA, and Data Warehouse systems, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Document order management workflows, including key processes, stakeholders, and pain points.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate findings and gather additional feedback.
Develop and present recommendations for process enhancements based on analysis and stakeholder input.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations to communicate findings to management.
Support the implementation of approved process improvements.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
Familiarity with order management systems (experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and SAP S/4 HANA is a plus).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and usage of at least one data analytics tool (i.e. Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, Qlikview, SAS, SPSS, etc.).
Strong desire to explore “why” and seek out new possibilities through inquiry and investigation.
