Director of Product Management, Secondary Mathematics

WHAT WE SEEK

Are you a strategic thinker passionate about transforming secondary math learning? We’re looking for a Director of Product Management to lead the vision, strategy, and success of our secondary math product line. In this role, you’ll drive innovation, guide a talented team, and deliver solutions that make a real impact in classrooms nationwide.

 

WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE

  • Define and own the multi-year product strategy and roadmap for secondary mathematics
  • Manage and mentor a team of Product Owners, fostering growth and accountability.
  • Partner across Engineering, UX, Marketing, and Sales to bring big ideas to lif
  • Identify market opportunities and validate customer needs to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Prioritize investments based on business value and customer impact.
  • Represent the product line in executive forums and champion its success internally and externally.

 

WHAT SHOULD BE IN YOUR BOOKBAG

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Education, Computer Science); MBA or advanced degree a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in EdTech or SaaS
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to define and deliver product strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategic vision and operational execution.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels.
