ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Attracts, evaluates, and refers candidates for open positions through recruiting website, employee referrals, on-site recruiting, search firms and other sourcing methods.
- Set and complete phone Interviews, screens and evaluates external and internal candidates for job openings to identify applicants who fully meet the position requirements of posted requisitions and refers them to the hiring manager for consideration.
- Assists managers in defining job requirements and preparing requisitions.
- Coordinates and actively participates in the selection of the final candidates.
- Makes employment recommendations based on information developed through prescreens, interviews, reference checks, applications, and resumes, ensuring the compensation offer is competitive, internally equitable, and affordable.
- Negotiates and extends offer letters on behalf of Trident.
- Partners with Hiring Managers to act as a business partner within the division.
- Ensures all phases of the recruiting process are conducted in accordance with Trident’s Ethics, Legal and Human Resources policies.
- Ensures that Trident’s internal applicant tracking system is maintained and completed; applicants are dispositioned according to OFCCP guidelines; internal candidates are dispositioned and contacted appropriately; and interview reports are completed accurately.
- Runs salary analysis for hiring managers as required for internal job alignment, promotions, and new hires.
- Creates and distributes weekly hiring data to HR and leadership stakeholders.
- Coordinates and participates in job fairs.
- Assist with onboarding platform in coordination with other HR stakeholders.
- Serves as an internal consultant regarding staffing needs and projections and advises on the best course of action to fill open positions.
- Work with Accounting with DCAA compliance of salaries
- Assist with Termination Process on behalf of Trident.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Certification: bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related business discipline
Years of Experience: 5 + years of experience within the cleared government contracting environment, 5 + years of experience partnering with business leaders to define recruiting requirements and assisting with staffing plans.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Knowledge and ability to follow OFCCP guidelines.
