What will be your challenge in the role:

• Design and implement communication strategies that bring our organizational changes and transformations to life.
• Collaborate with HR and other leaders to create engaging, informative content that supports our employees' journey during times of change.
• Champion cultural sensitivity in all communications, fostering a truly inclusive environment.
• Gauge the effectiveness of our communications, adjusting strategies to boost employee understanding and engagement.
• Manage multiple projects and stakeholders, ensuring all communications are accurate, timely, and resonate with our company values and objectives.
• Measure the impact and success of your communication activities and continuously improve tools, approaches and formats.

 

What you need to succeed in the role:

• Masters's degree in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a global fintech organization.
• A proven track record of strategizing, implementing, and integrating HR communication initiatives with an employee-centric approach.
• Demonstrated experience managing change projects and transformations.
• Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to present complex information in an easily digestible manner.
• Proven sensitivity and competence in working with diverse cultures and stakeholders.
