THE JOB:

As a VIP Lounge Representative, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us. 

THE STARTING PAY: $16.28

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Ensure VIP guest check-in/out process is efficient and flawless in both in-person and email communications.
• Consistently provide a positive guest experience.
• Provide a high level of service when engaging with guests, using problem-solving, attention to detail, and guest safety.
• Refresh and maintain the VIP amenities.
• Collaborate with different departments to facilitate an excellent working relationship between the property and the guest.
