Location: Houston, TX | Hybrid (in-office + remote)
Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $100,000 – $150,000 (depending on experience)
Reporting to: Executive Team at URBN Dental

What You’ll Do:

• Define and lead the tech architecture and stack for a growing dental support organization.
• Build and oversee a centralized data lakehouse / analytics platform to drive business insights.
• Integrate and optimize core dental systems: practice management, imaging, patient engagement.
• Ensure infrastructure, security, HIPAA & data-privacy compliance are rock solid.
• Lead cloud, networking, hybrid workforce IT support and internal tech services.
• Drive automation, dashboards, data visualizations to empower execs & clinicians.
• Partner with all departments to identify tech solutions that enhance efficiency & experience.
   

What You Bring:

• Senior-level tech leadership (CTO, VP Technology, or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience with dental software platforms/systems.
• Proven track record building data infrastructure: lakes/warehouses + BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau, etc.).
• Deep knowledge of cloud architecture, networking, cybersecurity, and HIPAA compliance.
• Experience scaling tech across multi-site organizations.
• Excellent communicator: say it clearly to engineers and execs alike.
• Must be Houston-based and able to work in a hybrid setting.
