We are looking for 

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Senior FP&A Specialist (m/w/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Finance Team. Acting as a business controller you will be an important peace to analyze and understand our performance, highlight deviation, identified problems and work to implement actions to solve it.
 

Your role in BizAway: 

• Business controlling: You will be in charge of business performance analysis, understanding main impacts on results, linking it with the evolution of internal KPIs and comparing with objectives and previous periods results. As business controller you have the capacity to understand which are the main levers of our business and working closely with business areas you will put in place proper actions to correct deviations.  
• Forecasting, Financial modelling is a key part of our Budget, Annual Forecast and 3 year plan process. You will be able to translate company strategy into specific detailed actions that will be part of our Financial targets, and prepare the suitable analysis to explain it to across the company.
• Finance process optimization, As part of the finance area you will be involve in a program focus on the constant optimization of finanancial processes, including automatization of tasks, the implementation of financial tools and internal controls;   

Your have

• 3+ years of experience working as FP&A specialist with a high-performing recognition, ideally in large growing, technology-driven industries with international footprint
• Strong working knowledge in manipulating and presenting quantitative data (Excel, Google Spreadsheets etc.), ability to build flexible and comprehensive reporting templates
• Experience with ERP (Netsuite will be a plus) and planning tools
• Proven Financial Modeling skills
• English proficiency
• Strong analytical capacities, goal-oriented and teamwork
• Hands-on and autonomous
• Accounting and finance knowledge
• Ability to influence stakeholders to help achieve your goals
• An empathetic, inclusive, and curious attitude
