Concretely, you will be required to :  

 

Change Management :

• Pain points identification, feedback collects.
• Deployment of the change management plan. 
• Coordination and management of transversal working groups.
• Game storming setup.

 

Project Management

• Organization and planification of different streams. 
• Collect of the expression of needs. 
• Follow up of the status of progress of the goals. 
• Assessment of the quality of the deliverables.
• Train the final users of digital tools. 
• Communicate on the project progresses. 

During this apprenticeship, you will be accompanied by a tutor to answer any questions you may have. 

 

What if it were you? 

• You are preparing a master degree in a business school.
• You have a good level of English.
• You have a good knowledge of Microsoft office 365.
• You have good communication skills and an appetite for digital tools.
• You can animate meetings and have good writing skills. 
• Lean Six Sigma certification and knowledge of Agile change methodology would be a plus.
