Adobe GenStudio is a generative AI-first product that lets marketing teams quickly plan, build, manage, activate and measure on-brand content. It allows any team member to quickly find and generate assets, build variations, and optimize experiences based on real-time content performance insights. It’s built for small businesses to large enterprises and designed to be used by marketers or agencies. With GenStudio, it’s never been easier to deliver high-value experiences to your customers.

We’re looking for an Experience Designer for our team. As we continue to assemble our organization, we are looking to find hardworking designers to influence any part of the design process from problem definition, to design development and reiteration.

We work very closely with our partners across the entire Adobe organization in product management, engineering, and customer support to deliver solutions that have a direct and measurable impact on the business.

What you’ll do

• Simplify. Translate complex user needs into practical design solutions that are grounded in user research and data.
• Collaborate. Demonstrate thought leadership through collaboration and workshops with partners and other design teams.
• Balance. Confidence in driving multiple projects forward while delivering on short term goals.
• Lead. Inspire teammates and forge relationships across the company
• Design holistic experiences across many products and platforms while collaborating with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional partners.
• Define design strategy and craft visions for products and experiences.
• Communicate design ideas at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, user flows, mockups, and/or high-fidelity prototypes

What you will need to succeed

• Experience with Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop, and other design tools such as Keynote, Sketch, or Figma.
• Comfort mentoring, encouraging an inclusive and empowering environment for other designers to do innovative and impactful work.
• Ability to clearly communicate sophisticated ideas both verbally and in writing form.
• Confidence in communicating work at all levels of the organization, up to the CEO

Soft Skills:

• Problem-solving, teamwork, time management

Experience & Education:

• Related degree or 5+ years of equivalent practical experience.
