Responsibilities:

• Oversee day to day operations of maintenance to include equipment maintenance, managing work order systems, performing preventive maintenance tasks, LOTO procedures, troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, and assigning tasks to direct reports

• Ordering parts/equipment; scheduling and obtaining proper approvals for third-party vendors

• Detecting faulty operations and defective materials and reporting those to proper supervision

• Working with HSE/SEO officers and complying with safety regulations and maintaining clean and orderly work areas
   

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years of education and production maintenance experience

• Bachelor’s degree or professional certification in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance a plus

• Four or more years of manufacturing experience; strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and industrial skills with some PLC experience is preferred

• Must be highly motivated and able to work independently
