  • Optimize inventory to support lead time and cost control—right part, right place, right time

  • Establish and sustain visual management so status, bottlenecks, and priorities are clear at a glance

Be the voice of the customer:

  • Communicate commitments, risks, and recovery plans proactively; drive actions to protect customer schedules

Lead Lean, every day:

What you’ll bring:

  • A passion for front-line leadership and developing people

  • Experience in production, maintenance, or MRO environments (aerospace preferred)

  • Working knowledge of lean tools (e.g., 5S, visual management, standard work, problem solving) and a track record of measurable improvements

  • Strong judgment, urgency, and communication skills to align teams and deliver under pressure
