Our technical expertise makes this possible every day, offering our clients complete confidence in their ventures.</p><p></p><br>Jobomschrijving<br><p></p><p>USG Professionals is op zoek naar een&nbsp;<b>Expert-Duurzaamheid </b>voor onze klant.</p><ul><li>Evalueren en adviseren van diverse duurzaamheidsschema's waaronder BREEAM, DGNB, LEVELS en WELL binnen bouwprojecten.</li><li>Beoordelen en adviseren rond implementatie en opvolging van de EU-taxonomie op ambitieuze bouwprojecten.</li><li>Uitvoeren en beoordelen van LCA-analyses op gebouw- en materiaalniveau.</li><li>Effectieve en duidelijke communicatie met alle stakeholders rond deze thema's.</li><li>Opbouwen van een professioneel netwerk in de sector door onder andere deel te nemen aan relevante events.</li><li>Opvolgen van regelgeving inzake duurzaamheid op Europees, nationaal en regionaal niveau.</li></ul><p></p> <ul><li>Je hebt een architect, ingenieursdiploma en hebt een sterke interesse voor innovatie en duurzaamheid</li><li>Je hebt een relevante werkervaring van minstens 5 à 7 jaar in duurzaamheid binnen de bouwsector</li><li>Je bent een communicatieve teamplayer die houdt van interactie en wil je kennis en ervaring actief delen.</li><li>Je bent Nederlandstalig en hebt kennis van het Frans en het Engels.</li><li>Je hebt je rijbewijs B;</li><li>De werkregio is hoofdzakelijk Vlaanderen en Brussel.</li></ul>
