Residential Electrician

Seeking a Residential Electrician for a direct hire opportunity with our client in Denver, CO.

Pay rate is between $40 - $42/hr (based on experience).

Responsibilities:

• Support customers and electricians by coordinating and supervising electrical inspections of installed equipment related to residential electrification, ensuring installation accuracy, efficiency, and throughput according to company goals
• Serves as customer service electrical subject-matter expert, conducting site visits, identifying and negotiating change orders, and advising on scoping needs
• Follow standard operating procedures and guidelines and ensure all work meets safety standards and is up to code in field work and collect, maintain, and demonstrate understanding of electrical installation inspection documentation
• Assist electrician personnel as needed, which may include on-site assistance, materials support, and customer communication
• Deliver permits and business licenses to local building departments
• Organize and maintain vehicle inventory to ensure alignment with and efficiency in meeting all installation requirements and purchase, deliver, and organize installation inventory

Qualifications:

• Active residential electrician certification in the state of Colorado
• 5+ years of experience in the electrical trade, with at least half of all career experience in the residential electrical trade
• Residential service work preferred, with a focus and understanding of the challenges of electrifying older homes in the greater Denver area without the ability to fully overhaul existing infrastructure
• 5+ years of experience with residential EV chargers, load management devices, smart panels, and energy storage devices
• An independent self-starter capable of completing projects without significant oversight or training and who can solve problems proactively
• An ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
• Strong working knowledge of national and regional electrical codes
