Senior Product Manager - Internal Tools and Operations

Your territory

As a bridge between our teams, you will:

• Create and maintain impactful software solutions for Tractive’s internal stakeholders like Logistics, Operations, Finance, Support, and Hardware
• Streamline our product journey - from the factory to the customer and back
• Research and define concepts, document product requirements, and craft user stories while assessing risks, impact, and business value
• Manage company-level initiatives, break them into actionable work packages, and guide teams through development
• Collaborate with engineering teams to balance user and business needs, ensuring the results reflects Tractive’s goals
• Use performance data to align our products with desired business and user outcomes
• Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
• Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level

Your profile

Key requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of product ownership / product management experience
• Technical education and proven experience in driving software development projects
• Experience with and solid knowledge of digital products
• Experience with logistics is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach
• Very good English skills
• A passion for the latest in (pet) tech
• Prior experience in software development a strong plus
• Valid Austrian work permit

Salary range

Just so you know what to expect: For this position, we offer a competitive overpayment based on qualification and experience. Annual gross salary starts at € 55.000 full-time. At Tractive, that means a 4-day work week with a 3-day weekend. If you bring relevant experience in many of the fields of responsibility, the salary will be considerably higher.
