From process analysis to implementation, you'll be in the lead. You'll work with multidisciplinary and international teams on projects that have a social impact, building bridges between business and IT. You'll do this by listening carefully and sensing when to take the lead and when to step back. </p><p><strong>This is what you'll do</strong></p><ul><li>Analyse, design, and implement processes using our GRIPP methodology.</li><li>Independently lead complex projects and manage multidisciplinary teams.</li><li>Model and optimize business processes using BPMN tools.</li><li>Draw up product breakdowns for large-scale, long-term projects with significant budgets (3 to 50 million euros).</li><li>Advising clients on digital transformation and best practices.</li><li>Providing training and coaching teams to successfully implement new processes.</li></ul><p> </p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>This is you</strong></p><p>You are curious, analytically strong, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented. You know how to improve business processes with an eye for both operational details and strategic goals. You have a talent for collaboration and communicate clearly at all levels within an organisation. Furthermore, you are:</p><ul><li>A team player who encourages collaboration and knowledge sharing.</li><li>Able to switch between operational details and strategic goals.</li><li>Strong in stakeholder management at all levels, from operational to C-level.</li><li>Analytical and solution-oriented, with a keen eye for detail and interdependencies.</li><li>Positive, eager to learn, and able to motivate others.</li></ul><p><strong>What you bring to the table</strong></p><ul><li>BSc or MSc work and thinking level.</li><li>At least 5-7 years of experience in process optimization and digital transformation.</li><li>Proficiency in process modeling (BPMN) and experience with tools such as Adonis or Aris.</li><li>Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt is a plus).</li><li>Experience in Life Sciences and systems such as MES, ERP, LIMS, or QMS is preferred.</li><li>Excellent command of Dutch (fluent) and English.</li></ul><p><strong>What we offer</strong><br/> Your development is our priority.
