You'll be a key part of our collaborative team, helping clients and advocating for candidates. Your role will be consultative and will include strategic sourcing, outreach and candidate relationship management to find the best talent for our clients' needs. </p><p>Successful recruiters have a strong work ethic, know how to attract top talent, build relationships, and ensure client success &amp; happiness. Recruiters handle everything from finding candidates to recommending them for interviews and hiring.</p><p>Your responsibilities will include..</p><ul><li><p>Conduct thorough intake calls with hiring managers to fully understand the position</p></li><li><p>Identify and assess potential candidates</p></li><li><p>Conduct initial phone screens, facilitate interviews and gather feedback from our clients and candidates</p></li><li><p>Maintain metrics reports</p></li><li><p>Provide recruitment consultation and guidance to hiring managers and stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Build and maintain networks of talent</p></li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p> </p><ul><li><p>Located in Pozna, Poland</p></li><li><p>Must be able to come into the office a couple times a week</p></li><li><p>Experience recruiting for the Polish market</p></li><li><p>Must be fluent in Polish and English </p></li><li><p>3+ years of recruiting experience</p></li><li><p>Experience in a full cycle recruiting capacity: recruiting for distribution and customer service roles</p></li><li><p>Experience working with stakeholders including doing intake calls, providing feedback, staying on top of communication, etc<strong>.</strong></p></li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.</p>
