Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business to establish a standalone orthopedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The Manager, NA Trade Lead is responsible for leading trade marketing strategy and execution across North America to accelerate commercial growth and strengthen channel partner engagement. This role serves as a critical bridge between Sales and Marketing, translating brand strategies into effective trade programs that drive demand, improve execution at the channel level, and enhance customer experience. Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of North America trade marketing strategies aligned to brand and commercial objectives.
Manage and develop a team of trade marketing professionals, providing coaching, performance management, and career development.
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and other cross‑functional teams to translate brand strategies into effective trade programs.
