Academic Program Assistant -FWS Student Assistant 

Classification Minimum Requirements:

• Must be Federal Work Study eligible
• Proficient in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft OneDrive
• Familiarity with digital file storage, naming conventions, and organization
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to handle sensitive student records with discretion
• FERPA training must be successfully completed within first week
• Completion of MyAdmissions training to obtain system access roles

 Job Description:  

• Download and organize incoming student applications from our online portal
• Categorize applications by student type (domestic vs. international)
• Maintain digital filing systems using OneDrive and Adobe Acrobat
• Assist with general data entry and file management tasks
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with FERPA regulations
• Collaborate with supervisor to streamline document workflows

Expected Salary:

$15 hour/ commensurate with experience.
