Our School Services Division provides a range of school support services students in more than 100 non-public and charter schools throughout the Delaware Valley.
We are currently recruiting for a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team at the start of for the 2025-2026 school year
This is a full-time,10-month position paid over 12 months
Targeted starting salary: $52,000 (w/Associate’s) $55,000 (w/Bachelor’s)
RESPONSIBILITIES:

In addition, as a Physical Therapy Assistant your duties will include:
Providing direct physical therapy treatments according to the plan of care in educational settings and/or least restrictive environments for children; lifting, transferring and positioning children and equipment as needed
Providing indirect service in the form of writing and maintaining accurate and detailed session notes and progress reports
Collaborating with other school personnel regarding physical therapy and students’ needs; participating in meetings as part of the multi-disciplinary team
Delegating activities and providing training/instruction on these activities to teachers, parents and paraprofessionals
Traveling among assigned schools to provide services to students
Adhering to all agency, departmental, and school policies and guidelines
Performing other related duties and projects as assigned or required
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate's degree from an accredited program for physical therapy; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Licensed to practice as a physical therapy assistant in Pennsylvania
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; ability to establish and maintain positive, productive working relationships within CORA as well as with students, families, teachers and affiliated professionals
- Demonstrated passion for engaging children and supporting their physical therapy needs
- Good computer skills and working knowledge of Office 365 applications
