WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As a Delivery Driver for Total Tool you will provide exceptional customer service while delivering orders to customers at their business and job sites. This position has potential to evolve into a Warehouse Associate or Customer Service Representative in the future. Delivery Driver responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Delivering and picking up product from customers and vendors while representing Total Tool in a professional manner
• Drive company DOT vehicle safely and effectively
• Check customer orders to verify accuracy of order
• Keep accurate delivery records
• Interact with customers by answering their questions and concerns regarding our company policies and products
• Supporting the warehouse area when not driving (receiving, shipping, putting product away, and general warehouse duties)
• Maintain a close positive working relationship and open communications with all departments
• Schedule vehicle maintenance and maintain a clean and safe delivery fleet

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to stand on a hard surface for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift 50lbs on a daily basis
• Must be over 21 with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to obtain a DOT card
