We offer €55,000 - €65,000 plus bonus depending on experience.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced retail professional.
Main purpose of position:
To ensure the store & departments are profitable, operates efficiently, effectively, and hygienically to ensure the highest standards of service and products.
Requirements
Experience in a retail management role
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising techniques
Familiarity with budgeting and financial reporting
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
