MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Management Analyst to join our team in Fayetteville, NC.
In this role, you will contribute to a mission-focused team that will support military operators and mission partners by providing high-level analytical support and strategic insights to optimize operations and inform leadership decision-making. This opportunity is ideal for a professional who excels at evaluating programs, improving organizational performance, and providing actionable recommendations in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
As a Senior Management Analyst, you will help guide the organization through complex operational challenges by applying your expertise in data analysis, process improvement, and management consulting.
Conducting organizational studies and evaluations, designing systems and procedures, and preparing operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.
Prepare comprehensive reports, briefings, and presentations for senior leadership
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend performance enhancement strategies
Facilitate interdepartmental communication and serve as a liaison among teams and leadership
Support the development of policies and procedures to drive mission success
Monitor project execution and support change management initiatives
As part of the Program Management Office, leads administrative and analytical support functions.
Supervising the entire CDRL management process, ensuring quality and compliance.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field OR High School Diploma and 4 years of additional experience or Associate's Degree and 2 years of additional experience may be exchanged in lieu of a required Bachelor's degree
9+ years of relevant experience in management analysis or operational consulting
Demonstrated experience conducting strategic assessments and organizational evaluations
Experience supporting military or defense-related organization
