The Classified System Administrator on the National Information Security Program (NISP) ISSM team supports classified proposal systems. This role supports two systems aligned to USG and Intelligence Community (IC) customers providing system patches, antivirus updates, scans & remediation, audit log reviews, access management/account creation, data transfers, inventory management, SW/HW installs and backup/recovery of files and operating system. Will be required to be on site in Herndon, VA and Chantilly, VA 2-3 days per week.
The work:
- Manage systems and ensuring compliance with the Systems Security Plan (SSP) in adherence with AFS and government regulations to prepare and maintain system Authorizations to Operate (ATO) packages.
- Install operating system software, patches, and upgrades
- Install, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and associated peripherals
- Perform system backups and recovery
- Maintain and create documentation to support deployment and maintenance of networks and components
- Application of GPO's, STIGs and validation of defined configurations
- Create and maintain user accounts through Windows Active Directory
- Document and maintain system baseline and changes to include hardware and software versions
- Onsite and remote support to users on computers, thin/zero clients, and laptops
- Support to both the ISSM and ISSO with respect to active investigations, metrics/reports, and accreditations of systems
Here’s what you need:
- US Citizenship
- Active Top Secret security clearance
- 2+ years prior work experience within the federal government contracting industry.
- Experience in applying the requirements of the NISP, ICD 503, NIST SP 800 series, and other governing intelligence community (IC) regulatory measures
- Advanced technical skills and experience working with Windows GPO's, Active Directory, antivirus, patches STIG's and updates
- Security+ Certification
Bonus points if you have:
- Bachelor's Degree in a technology field, national security or intelligence studies
- Cloud experience with Azure or AWS
- Direct experience working within the Department of Defense and/or the U.S. Intelligence Community

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
