Senior Quality Coordinator

This job is responsible for reviewing all processes and process output. The Sr. QA Coordinator will generate reports based on their findings and issue reports and Corrective Action Requests (CAR) as required.  Reports will be created and maintained relative to audits which have been performed, audit results, pending audits and open CAR’s. The Sr Quality Coordinator will utilize their technical background and identify improvement opportunities which will deliver defect free product at effective cost.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

• Audit established processes and process output to defined standards (OBA or similar)

• Create and maintain audit and customer requirements results, records consisting of information databases, reports and graphics utilizing Microsoft programs such as Excel/Word for analysis and distribution

• Issues and follows up on CAR’s to address audit discrepancies as required

• Cultivate and maintain productive working relationships with internal team members, interdepartmental functions, and external companies

• Review audit findings with Supervision and Management for audited areas and corrective actions required

• Identify process improvement opportunities and provide effective / implemented solutions

• Document relevant facts and information to support work performed.

• Create reports with a concise summary of results and clearly identified actions.

• Provide a history of audit and customer requirements reports and effective system improvements

• Ability to identify cosmetic flaws or damaged components; Troubleshooting defective testers

• Conduct root case failure analysis and troubleshooting on suspected defective devices/parts or reflective data

• Support NPI/EWP/Lean/5S program

• Have a substantial understanding of the job and apply knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks

What are the requirements needed for this position?

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant operational audit experience (preferably within a Quality Assurance department) with strong customer service experience that includes Experience with ISO 9001 and quality auditing operating practices

Pay Range:

$23.13 - $38.18

Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
