The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hardware testing, and will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing testing activities. You will work closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure the stability and quality of our products. This role requires a deep understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices, as well as strong communication and collaboration skills. You will also mentor less experienced team members and help build effective cooperation with other development teams.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Plan and execute integration, contract testing</li><li>Report test results to key stakeholders and development teams</li><li>Work with the developers to understand the critical paths and ensure product stability</li><li>Build better cooperation with other Development Teams</li><li>Be the interface of the team between key stakeholders</li><li>Mentor less experienced team members</li><li><strong>Work in a full time mode in the Customer office in Warsaw</strong></li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Must have:</strong></p><ul><li>At least 5 years of experience as software tester</li><li>Highly motivated team player with strong communication skills</li><li>Proven experience of creating testware documents</li><li>Working experience in planning, analysis, execution,  evaluation</li><li>Experience in testing hardware, embedded software, compatibility testing</li><li>Working experience and knowledge of common test design techniques</li><li>Understanding of mobile and web-based applications</li><li>Understanding of software development lifecycle</li><li>Knowledge of defect management tools like: Jira, YouTrack etc.</li><li>Knowledge of test management tools like: TestRail, Xray etc.</li><li>Experience of API testing tools: Postman, Swagger etc.</li><li>Experience with SQL databases</li><li>Experience in Agile Testing in projects</li><li>Fluent English – written and spoken</li></ul><p><strong>Nice to have:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in automation test of mobile and web applications</li><li>Experience with Selenium WebDriver framework</li><li>Knowledge and experience in card payments/card management subject matter</li><li>ISTQB Foundation Level and/or ISTQB Advanced Level Test Analyst certification</li><li>JAVA basics</li><li>Understanding of CI/CD to effectively manage and plan QAOps</li><li>Knowledge of requirement management tools like: Doors, Polarion etc.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>What can you expect from us?</strong></p><ul><li><p>We Learn by doing: you will collaborate with industry experts willing to share their knowledge, passion and experience.</p></li><li><p>We invest in improving your skills by participating in training and mentoring programs.</p></li><li><p>You can advance your career with us by choosing from different career paths (technical, management).</p></li><li><p>We’ll help to broaden your horizons by working in an open and supportive multicultural environment.</p></li><li><p>Commercial projects from the domain.</p></li><li><p>Great atmosphere and supportive environmen
