What You’ll Bring:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in multifamily maintenance
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) – Required
• Strong HVAC experience – Required
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems
• CPO and pool maintenance experience a plus
• Ability to handle after-hours emergencies
• Reliable transportation and basic tools
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee all maintenance operations: buildings, grounds, amenities
• Respond to service requests and complete unit turns
• Manage and train maintenance and grounds staff
• Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing
• Coordinate vendor work and manage maintenance budgets
