YOU WILL BE:

As the Senior Manager, Organizational Transformation and Development, you will lead complex projects and workstreams that 1) evaluate existing structures and processes, 2) identify strategic opportunities for improvement, and 3) implement scalable strategies to improve team and organizational performance.

Aligned with enterprise-wide priorities, you will shape the planning and delivery of major projects, defining strategies and frameworks that promote successful adoption of new processes, technologies, or ways of working.

You will develop managers and individual contributors, encouraging a culture grounded in collaboration, learning, and accountability.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Shape strategy within areas of expertise by anticipating new trends and aligning programs to long-term goals through thoughtful planning and structured frameworks.

• Lead end-to-end program execution ensuring solutions are practical, scalable, and delivered with thoughtfulness through defined timelines, proactive risk mitigation, and management of critical interdependencies.

• Guide collaboration by aligning partners and promoting trust-based relationships across our matrixed environment.

• Establish clear governance structures, role clarity, and escalation protocols to allow transparent, coordinated decision-making.

• Define reporting approaches to measure program impact, guiding the team in using data to monitor outcomes and pivot strategies.

• Communicate with influence by tailoring messaging to diverse audiences and developing communication strategies that create clarity, agreement, and engagement.

• Cultivate a culture through operational discipline and accountability practices.

• Build and empower teams grounded in development, psychological safety, and shared ownership of outcomes.

• Align partners and present ideas to senior leadership.

• Promote a culture of feedback, reflection, and learning

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field (Master's or MBA encouraged).

• 8+ years of experience in organization design, change management, or business transformation, including at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.

• Experience leading large-scale projects with measurable impact.

• Experience supporting large-scale transformations (i.e., enterprise-wide system implementations, M&A integration, cultural renewal).

• Experience in a consulting or enterprise-level organizational effectiveness function
