Position Summary: The Service Coordinator is responsible for providing general support to the Business Unit Test Systems North America by performing a variety of multi -site administrative duties, supporting quotation, order processing and service processes. Another focus is to support project activities (i.e., preparing/ monitoring service activities and installation tasks for customer site visits). 

 

What you can look forward to as a Sales Coordinator: 

• Support sales and service team with calculations and quotations.
• Export various reports from SAP and prepare business relevant charts and graphs. Compile, calculate, and summarize data and distribute reports and related materials to appropriate personnel. 
• Review daily customer data portals, download contracts, and reports. Distribute as necessary. 
• Maintain and update a variety of department files, lists, records, charts, and worksheets.
• Support service activities / projects as project owner.
• Assist sales, service, and Business Unit Manager on special projects.  
• Create purchase requisitions in SAP.
• Customer order processing which includes receiving the order, entering in SAP, ordering the necessary material/services, following up on delivery, invoicing, and following up on open payments.

 

Your profile as a Sales Coordinator:

• Associate’s Degree (Technical preferred). 
• 1-5+ years of related experience
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to interface with cross-functional teams and all levels of personnel and management.
• Solid organization and time/project management skills.
• Able to manage multiple responsibilities and self-prioritize as needed. 

 

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Experience in Technical Sales and Project Management processes.
• Experience in the Automotive and/or Automation industries.
• Supply Chain Management, Logistics and Customs basic knowledge.
