Support mission-critical initiatives and enable the growth of our business as a Senior Compensation Analyst working on the Human Resources team, you’ll become an integral part of how GDIT is able to ensure the safety and security of our nation.

HOW A SENIOR COMPENSATION ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
- Participates in the development, implementation, and administration of company compensation programs
- Manage ad-hoc job action, salary review and other HR process requests
- Compensation management and administration including annual merit cycle, annual benchmarking reviews of survey data for base salary, bonuses, and allowances aligned to business strategy for respective markets and geo-zones. Variable pay administration, allowances, Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA’s), country specific union/statutory increases (i.e., Argentina, Brazil).
- Develop and maintain job architecture: job roles/profiles/descriptions, job families, job grades, pay scales ensuring competitive position of the company
- Provide consultation, guidance and recommendations to managers and HR Business Partners regarding compensation of their employees, including salary actions, internal equity issues, job classifications, new hire compensation, internal mobility actions and other salary actions (promotions, bonus, allowances, etc.) for internal and market equity, and otherwise.
- Ensure all compensation aspects remain compliant with internal and external policies, procedures and related labor laws/regulatory requirements and recommend appropriate, fair and equitable compensation actions and processes. Updating documentation as needed.
- Supports proposal efforts by providing labor category mappings, market data and other HR statistics
- Manage and administer job description and job evaluation process; liaise with GDIT Compensation team to ensure alignment to job mapping
- Ensure maintenance of job structure and compensation structure framework within Workday is accurately maintained; liaise with HR Data Services to ensure pay scale set up and development in systems
- Total Rewards – Strategy development of compensation aspects/components, collaborating with International Benefits Analyst for full scope alignment.
- Manage all compensation (internal and external) reporting, audits, surveys, etc.
- Benefits cross-training and continued education on benefits administration for wholistic knowledge, engagement, back-up support, and cross functional responsibilities within the Total Rewards scope.
- Performs other duties as assigned, Ad hoc projects, etc.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree. In lieu of degree, 9+ years of related experience with overall compensation, global compensation and plans outside the U.S.
- Required experience: 5+ years of related experience with overall compensation, global compensation and plans outside the U.S
- Certifications: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and/or Global Remuneration Professional (GRP)
- Required Skills and Abilities: Comprehensive knowledge of relevant compensation laws, regulations, terms, conditions, and policies, as well as best practices for countries outside the US. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adjusting and adapting to the audience, cultural awareness, building relationships at all levels. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills that enable confident and timely decision making in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal, influence, and customer relationship skills. Project management skills with change management, training, stakeholder mgmnt. Cross functional knowledge and experience with AP, Payroll, Accounting, Finance, Benefits, overall HR practices, etc. Strong sense of urgency with excellent time management, prioritization, administrative, and organizational skills.
