The Work:
You will lead strategic programs as a part of the Center of Excellence (COE) within Accenture's Sales Excellence organization. You will work with leadership to identify priorities and partner with Sales Excellence teams to execute them. You will also collaborate with other Accenture teams on larger cross-functional programs to provide direction and support.
You will:
Shape approach for strategic initiatives, including problem framing, discovery and assessment, solutioning and design, and implementation
Manage and lead projects from beginning to end
Measure and monitor success of initiatives
Drive stakeholder engagement and change management efforts
Partner and collaborate with leaders within and external to Sales Excellence
Create and execute workplans
Basic Qualifications:
A minimum of 8 years of experience in sales or advising sales leadership
Preferred Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree, or equivalent relevant industry experience (e.g. familiarity with professional services business model)
Understanding of Accenture sales processes and tools
Understanding of Accenture's business model, pricing strategy and profitability levers

Must have good internet connectivity and a distraction-free environment for working at home, in accordance with local guidelines.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
