As a Principal Cloud Solutions Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing cloud solutions that meet our clients' business needs. You will have a deep technical understanding of cloud security engineering and DevOps, with extensive hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure, Azure Databricks, Snowflake, and Palantir. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding our clients through their cloud journey, ensuring robust, secure, and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of cloud solutions using Microsoft Azure, Azure Databricks, Snowflake, and Palantir.

• Develop and maintain cloud architectures that ensure security, scalability, and performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Drive cloud security engineering practices, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

• Implement and manage DevOps processes to streamline development, deployment, and operations.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects and engineers.

• Conduct technical assessments, audits, and reviews to identify areas for improvement.

• Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and trends to continuously enhance our cloud strategy.

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field preferred.

• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience with cloud technologies, specifically Microsoft Azure, Azure Databricks, Snowflake, and Palantir.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and experience with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

• Deep technical knowledge of cloud security engineering principles and practices.

• Proven experience with DevOps tools and methodologies.

• Strong understanding of Azure Data and AI services.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Relevant certifications in Microsoft Azure, cloud security, and DevOps are highly desirable.

Our Principal Big Data Software Engineering, earns between $158,200.00-$237,400.00 USD Annual, Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
