Booking Controls Lead, SVP

This role will be part of the Central Governance, Risk Identification and Reporting unit within the Services Control & regulatory Management Team. The scope of the position is global and responsible for ensuring adherence to Booking Control Policy.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the Services Booking Controls Program ensuring compliance with booking control requirements in line with booking control policy and standard.
• Establish and maintain line of sight of booking risks and associated controls (identification and implementation)
• Drive annual attestation process.
• Responsible for senior management and key stakeholders reporting and escalation, including relevant governance forums
• Drive and promote awareness and understanding of policy requirements via trainings, covering expectations and roles and responsibilities across all relevant stakeholders
• Establish business level procedures and guidelines
• Maintain inventory of booking controls working with key stakeholders and ensuring controls are robust and comprehensive to mitigate identified risks and ensure adequate coverage policy requirements.
• Participate in relevant control forums and steering committees representing the business.
• Key metrics: Identify, track and report, including thematic analysis to identify common themes, risks and process improvement opportunities
• Lead and support root cause analysis of risk events and control breaks, including supporting the business in drafting appropriate corrective and preventive actions plans.
• Support the Business and functions on reviews and audits

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience
• Relevant experience and knowledge on booking control requirements and/or experience in risk and control function.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter who can work independently
• Ability to build rapport and work closely with key senior stakeholders and partners

Education:

Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$130,880.00 - $196,320.00
