You are responsible for creating and supervising the product roadmap, which serves as the strategic blueprint for the product's evolution.  </p><p>You also act as the bridge between various stakeholders, translating requests from clients, commercial, operations, technical, and support teams into actionable user stories that developers can use to define their work. Setting priorities for new features based on factors such as Return on Investment (ROI) is another crucial aspect of your role.</p><p>You ensure that the development team is working on features and improvements that align with the company's strategic goals and have the potential to yield the greatest value.</p><p>Lastly, as a Product Owner you validate that the features developed meet the specified requirements, ensuring that the product remains aligned with the client’s needs and business objectives.
